Welcome to TKCS Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd., operating as TKCS or TKCS Community (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use our platform, website, or any of our services — whether you’re a company, candidate, partner, or visitor.
By accessing or using our website (www.tkcscommunity.in or www.tkcs.in) or engaging in any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not continue using our services.
1️⃣ Who We Are
TKCS is a legally registered entity under the name TKCS Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd. founded to provide professional sourcing, recruitment, evaluation, and career enablement services across multiple industries in India.
2️⃣ What We Do
We act as a recruitment and sourcing partner connecting:
Companies seeking verified and trained candidates.
Jobseekers looking for legitimate opportunities and professional growth.
Our services include (but are not limited to):
Recruitment process outsourcing
Candidate evaluation and assessment programs
Internship, fresher hiring, and placement drives
Employer branding, sourcing, and digital recruitment campaigns
3️⃣ Eligibility
By using TKCS services, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older, or using the platform under parental/guardian consent.
The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
You will not misuse or misrepresent our services for fraudulent activity.
4️⃣ For Employers / Partners
By registering as a partner, you authorize TKCS to source, evaluate, and recommend candidates based on your shared hiring requirements. Payment terms, hiring guarantees, or replacement clauses are governed by the specific agreement or invoice issued to your organization. You agree not to directly solicit or hire candidates sourced exclusively by TKCS outside of agreed terms. TKCS reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if misuse, false representation, or unethical hiring practices are detected.
5️⃣ For Candidates
At TKCS Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd. (TKCS or TKCS Community), we believe in ethical, transparent, and fair hiring practices.
We do not charge any recruitment or placement fees from candidates under any circumstances — unless you have voluntarily enrolled in one of our specialized professional development programs such as the Evaluation Employment Model™ or the Empower Loop™.
These programs are designed to enhance employability, skill readiness, and performance outcomes — and are completely optional. Any applicable charges related to these programs are clearly disclosed before enrollment, with no hidden costs or post-selection fees.
By registering or applying through TKCS, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful personal, educational, and professional details.
Participate actively in interviews, evaluations, and assessments if shortlisted.
Maintain professionalism and integrity during all interactions with TKCS or partner employers.
Final hiring, offer issuance, or employment decisions are made solely by the employer or partner company, not by TKCS. We act purely as a facilitator, ensuring equal access, verified opportunities, and an honest process for every candidate.
6️⃣ Payments & Refunds
All payments made to TKCS are governed by our Refund Policy, available at Refund Policy Page (https://www.tkcscommunity.in/refund-policy/). Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days after review and approval. TKCS uses secure, third-party payment gateways, and shall not be liable for any transaction failures or delays caused by external systems.
7️⃣ Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, materials, and designs on the TKCS website are the exclusive property of TKCS Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of our content or materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
8️⃣ Data & Privacy
Your data is handled with care under our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using TKCS services, you consent to our data practices as described there.
9️⃣ Limitation of Liability
TKCS provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee any specific hiring, placement, or employment outcome.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to job loss, business interruption, or data inaccuracies.
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the service in question.
🔟 Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if:
You violate these Terms, misuse our platform, or engage in unethical behavior.
You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Upon termination, your access to certain features or programs may be restricted without prior notice.
11️⃣ Updates to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Revised” date.
Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12️⃣ Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the Courts of Noida, U.P(India).
