At TKCS Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd., we believe in fairness and transparency. Our goal is to ensure that both companies and candidates feel confident and satisfied with the services they choose.

For Companies (Employers / Partners)

All service fees, retainers, or hiring credits paid to TKCS are non-refundable once sourcing or campaign activities have begun.

In the event of a cancellation before project kickoff, 70% of the amount paid may be refunded after deducting administrative costs. If a candidate placed by TKCS does not join or leaves within the agreed replacement period, a free replacement or service credit will be offered as per the terms of the hiring agreement.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days after written approval from our accounts team.

For Candidates

We do not charge any fees from candidates for recruitment, placement, or job referrals — unless you have voluntarily signed up for our specialized programs such as the Evaluation Employment Model™ or the Empower Loop™, which include structured training, assessment, and employability enhancement services.

By registering or applying through TKCS, you agree to share accurate personal, educational, and professional details to help us connect you with suitable opportunities.

All fees (if applicable to the above programs) are clearly communicated before enrollment — no hidden charges, no fine print.

Selection, shortlisting, and hiring decisions rest solely with the employer. TKCS acts as a facilitator and ensures transparency, fairness, and equal opportunity for all candidates.

General Terms

All refund requests must be sent to kshushi.singh@tkcscommunity.in with your name, registered email, payment reference, and reason for request. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method only. TKCS reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice, but we’ll always keep it fair and transparent.
